Help logging in
I have lost my user ID : You can use your email address
Lost my password : Click "Forgotten Creditials" button and it will be emailed to you
I cannot not set up a new account : Our system is based on ID by your email address. Your email address can only be in our system once. it may be already being used by another family member or we may have set up an account for you with a previous booking or enquiry. Click "Forgotten Creditials" button and put in your email address and a new password can be sent to you.
Still not working : After a few attempts to log in the system may lock you out for about an hour - either call 01273 424842 and we can book it for you or try again in a bit
Stuck - Call 01273 42 48 42 (Usually help on hand to 7pm) or email us
If you have already made a booking with us or had emails from us try logging in with your email address rather than setting up a new account
